If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I am here to help; please email me.
If your book is damaged in transit, please email me the details, including photographs.
I will offer the choice of a refund of your purchase price (including your P&P), or I will send you a replacement. In normal circumstances, there may not be a need for you to return the damaged book.
Returns and refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you have 30 calendar days to return a book from the date you received it.
To be eligible for such a return
- your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and, therefore, in a re-saleable condition.
- Your book must be returned appropriately packaged to ensure safe delivery.
- You need to provide proof of purchase.
I will provide a returns address.
Once I have received your returned book, I will notify you of its receipt and inspect the book to ensure it is in a resalable condition.
I will then initiate a refund via your original payment method.
Returns shipping costs
You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning a book. This will not be refunded. I recommend you use a mail service that tracks its delivery to ensure a safe return to me. I cannot be responsible for any returns lost or incorrectly delivered by your chosen delivery agent.
